Receptionist - Pekanbaru
Pekanbaru (Riau)
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Greet persons entering organization
Direct persons to correct destination
Deal with queries from the public and customers in a proffesional and courteous manner
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
General administrative and clerical support
Prepare letters and documents
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments
Maintain cleanliness in the reception area
Carry out instructions given by the management team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Short Course Certificate
- Female
- Maximum 25 years old
- Related experience as receptionist or customer care service is an advantage
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Good command in oral and written English language
- With pleasing personality
- Organized, flexible, communicative and gives attention to details
- Can interact with different types of people
- Willingness to assume responsibility and commitment over assigned area/task
