Accounting Officer (Cikarang)
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
Regular interactions with internal and external auditors & year end audit assistance.
Maintenance and control of Fixed Asset register and General ledger
COGS Reconciliation & Dead Stock Reconciliation on monthly basis.
Responsible for entries & controls over scrap and write-off Inventory, material quantity & price adjustment wherever required.
Assist head of finance and administration on compliance related matters and participate in adhoc projects led by the head of the department.
FINANCE Activity
Overall responsibility for AP, payments, banking
Quarterly reconciliations with inter-companies and responding to other inter-companies on AP issues
Issuing inter-company invoices for change outs and recons of AR
Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting
Having at least 3 years experience of accounting & administration with an MNC/ manufacturing.
Familiar and knowledge of SAP or similar experience.
Holding Tax certification of brevet A&B is an advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Willing to work at Cikarang, with immediate joining
