Sales Engineer
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Developed and maintained a strong business relationship with designated Industrial and Commercial lubricants customers.
Collecting and analyzing monthly Sales data, identifying trends and preparing forecast of future result and purchases.
Coordinated an efficient visit schedule in accordance with the agreed business plan so as to ensure targets, goals and plans for profitability, return on investment, market share, credit control and other operational measures.
Took personal responsibility to ensure all aspects of Caltex customer service as perceived by customers are at the highest level.
Pro-actively sought opportunities and suggested to the customer initiatives in order to enhance company's lubricant reputation through product and service applications.
Continually identified opportunities, to further expand through new business development in available channels and sectors.
Completed regular pricing survey of mainline competitor lubricants products.
Responsible for preparation & submission of Tender & Proposal's for major key accounts.
Able to read and understand financial reports (profit & loss, liquidity & other relevant ratios) and be able to assess company's stability.
To liaise with customer regarding the demand of lubricant and to ensure all stock level of lubricants products are consistent with customers demand and to ensure accuracy of stock level are always meet/sufficients to the forecast.
Requirements:
Min 5 years experience in industrial lubricant sales is preferable
Proficient in spoken and written English as well as local language
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop precise and easily understandable technical concepts
Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned geographic region
