Field Manager (FM-BDW)
Jawa Timur - Bondowoso
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and controlling supervisor field jobs in field
Direct report to General Manager Field
Making daily, weekly and monthly report to GM Field about planting and seeding process in field
Make and propose weekly and monthly operational budget to GM Field to support operational activity
Good knowledge in teak and cadamba planting and harvesting process
Requirements:
Male
Age minimum 35 yo
Min. GPA. 3,00
Bachelor degree from Agriculture and Foresty Faculty
Experiences min. 5 years in related field
Strong leadership, honest, team work and able to operate computer program
Can operate microsoft word and excel also power point
Having driving license
Willing to be place in bondowoso
Available positions for 3 post
