Responsibilities:
Driving recruitment activities for fresh graduates, engineers and managers
Participating in recruitment fairs and relevant events
Organizing and supervising programs for fresh graduates (trainees)
Evaluation of employee performance (normalized evaluation)
Managing recruitment and development indicators
Designing and managing talent and competency development programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology
Additional education in the field of management is preferred
Candidates must have a minimum of 2years’ experience in relevant field
Experience in Oil and Gas, Piping, Steel working or Fabrication industry is preferred
Must have background with multinational company
English fluency is required
Willingness to move between Jakarta and Cilegon in western Java
