Maintenance Technician
Sidoarjo (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Accountability
Ensure that all work instruction and procedure on safety, quality and environment are followed and implement
Accountable for maintenance planning and scheduling execution entire maintenance activity
Major Fuction
Responsible for Implementation of MERP to support Production Activity, except Research & Technology
Maintain all equipment by implement daily inspection.
Maintain and verify maintenance log sheet and related report at time for the accuracy, fit and proper with actual figure
Manage any equipment / facility improvement in the work process that may improve safety, reliability or enhance products quality and record all related documentation
Work day to day basis with production, Laboratory and warehouse people as a team
Responsible for all maintenance execution for electrical/ mechanical job and maintain documentation
Responsible for issuing any break down incidents for team reviewing as learning process
Issue work permit for on-site contractor activity
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years experiences as Maintenance Technician.
Fluent in English is preferable
Expertize for Computers literate : excel, word, power point, AUTO CAD
Familiar with Automation System /PLC
Familiar with 5S Implementations
